Aims of the Foundation
- To help scientists and specialists to present their scientific research and achievements
- To prepare, publish and distribute scholarly work, specialised literature and software
- To contribute to the international scientific and professional cooperation of scientists, specialists and students
- To enhance the level of education and qualification of scientists, specialists and students
- To develop and assist research and innovative projects and programmes
- To support the links between scientists, specialists and students, on the one hand, and business, on the other, and to help entrepreneurs to participate in scientific forums, research and programmes for further qualification.
These aims are to be achieved by
- The organisation of congresses, symposiums, conferences, seminars, meetings, schools and workshops to enhance knowledge and qualification
- The publication and distribution of journals, books, CDs and so on
- The making and distribution of documentaries and science films
- The development and distribution of specialised software and the delivery of the necessary hardware
- The development and support of web based applications for the aims of the Foundation
- The organisation of trips in Bulgaria for scientists, specialists and students
- Assisting the job transfer of scientists and specialists
- Consultancy activities, development and funding of projects and programmes
- Participation in companies and partnerships
- The activities of the Foundation are funded from donations and proceeds from business activities.
